Since 2010 TDN has designed and built Environmental Control Units (ECUs) that meet the aerospace industries most critical design and operating requirements

TDN builds systems that provide the proper airflow for clean room operations, fairing/shroud environments, transportation systems, and source air for countless objectives. The idea was to dramatically increase reliability and reduce complexity by building one system that provided the required airflow under all ambient conditions.

TDN has built, repaired, installed, and removed launch stands, crane systems, custom lift/rotation fixtures, and assembly rail systems.  We have designed and installed several back up power system installations from portable trailer mounted 20kw systems to facility systems over 400kw.  We’ve performed lighting retrofits, compressed air system upgrades, and designed and installed hydraulic power systems. 

Throughout the years TDN Industries has repaired several, air conditioners, heaters, humidification systems, commercial drying systems, and HEPA filtration systems that were being used to maintain satellite environments throughout the launch vehicle/satellite integration and test process.

In 2010 TDN started designing and building its own Environmental Control Units (ECUs) to support satellite launch operations.  The idea was to dramatically increase reliability and reduce complexity by building one system that provided the required airflow under all ambient conditions.  Today, TDN builds skid mounted or trailer mounted systems that provide the proper airflow for clean room operations, fairing environments, transportation systems, and source air for maintaining the satellite and support systems during launch operations.  The units have evolved to include fault tolerant design and several optional features such as web based control, integral datalogging, self diagnostics, and control schemes that maximize efficiency and reduce operating costs.
